General Power of Attorney (with specific termination date) - Allows an individual(called the “Principal” or “Grantor”) to authorize someone else (called the “Attorney-in-fact” or “Agent”) to act on his or her behalf. This General Power of Attorney document becomes effective immediately upon signing and stays in effect until a set date, as defined in the document, or in the event of the death, disability or incapacity of the Grantor or if the Grantor revokes the document (whichever occurs first).
